About the Role
As Transport Network Performance Team Leader, you will lead and support operational teams to deliver high-quality transport performance activity across the Liverpool City Region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance and training, and respond to network disruption and incidents. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and support key transport initiatives. You will provide out-of-hours operational cover, and champion continuous improvement to ensure a professional, agile, and customer‑focused service.

Key Essential Criteria
- Operational leadership and people management – Leading, supporting, and developing field‑based teams to deliver high‑quality transport performance work safely and effectively.
- Service delivery and stakeholder support – Ensuring client requirements are met through effective planning, data delivery, incident response, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Compliance and continuous improvement – Maintaining strong health & safety, risk and operational standards while driving improvements in systems, processes, and performance.
