NTERNAL SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY

An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen in the Rail Transition Team. This is a chance to shine in an area that is high profile and fast paces, in a supportive and ambitious cross-functional programme delivery team at its early stages.

The key expectations of the role, within the standard project manager role description, will be to:

  • Establish full programme governance and documentation including plan, RAIDs
  • Lead on resource planning for the central programme team
  • Build collaborative working relationships and powerful partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Matrix management for team members as required

The opportunity would suit an experienced Project Manager, ideally with experience of working on a large scale transport programme and / or with experience of programme start up.
