INTERNAL SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Head of Public Sector Integration is an interim opportunity to be involved in the integration of new responsibilities for public safety, health, and wellbeing into the Combined Authority, as we establish a new model for how public services work together to improve outcomes. Leading work to support a shift towards earlier intervention this role will be at the forefront of changing the way in which the Combined Authority works with partners to support city region residents.

We are seeking expressions of interest for a six-month secondment whilst we undertake permanent recruitment. The successful applicant will be leading a team of Officers including work with Bloomberg through the i-team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of strategic priorities through collaborative working; this role is essential in delivering key corporate plan and manifesto commitments.

An informal interview will take place to select the right candidate.

This role is fixed Term for a period of 6 months, with the expectation that the role will be filled by a recruitment campaign by the end of that period.
