As the Digital Governance Assistant, you will report directly to the Digital Governance Officer to assist with the establishment of governance procedures throughout the Digital service area. You will observe and monitor established governance arrangements across the Digital service area to provide assurance that processes are being followed and maintain records relating to third party licence, service, maintenance and support contracts with suppliers of Digital services in order to enable effective management of those assets. You will carry out processes relating to records of third-party licence, service, maintenance and support contracts with suppliers of Digital services. You will also deal with mobile phone connection arrangements within a significant mobile telephony estate.
