Role Overview: An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Delivery operations team for the post of Customer Champion. Customer Champions are multi‑skilled and respond to peak periods of demand in all our services, ensuring high standards are always delivered to customers. The post assists our Customer Delivery teams in the provision of a range of customer‑facing services across all our key sites including, but not restricted to, Mersey Ferries (terminals and cruise events), Mersey Tunnels, Bus Stations/Travel Centres, Mann Island Concierge, Tunnel Tours and our Customer Contact Centre.
Positions Available:
- 35 hours, Full Time
- 28 hours, Part Time
Responsibilities: As a Customer Champion you will provide excellent customer service, working as part of a team while also being able to work independently with flexibility to handle varying and sometimes challenging environments.
Qualifications & Essential Criteria:
- Experienced in working in a customer focused environment.
- Putting the Customer at the heart of everything we do.
- Flexible approach to work schedule and environment to maintain service delivery.
- Positive attitude to the delivery of great customer service in varied and sometimes challenging environments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
