About The Role
The people behind great leadership are rarely the people in the spotlight.
As a Business Support Hub Officer, you'll help Directors and senior leaders stay organised, informed and focused on what matters most.
One moment you might be coordinating a major meeting, the next resolving a diary challenge, preparing key information or ensuring important actions don't lose momentum.
You will be part of a modern Business Support Hub that provides professional support across the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
Your work will help leaders make decisions, deliver priorities and drive positive outcomes for communities across the city region.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, stays calm when priorities change and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
You'll be confident communicating with a wide range of people, building positive relationships and managing competing demands without losing sight of the detail.
You'll be comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools such as Copilot, Outlook, Teams and Share Point, but just as importantly, you'll enjoy solving problems, finding better ways of working and seeing tasks through to completion.
