Workplace Wellbeing Partner Liverpool City Council is looking for a proactive and compassionate Workplace Wellbeing Partner to support employees in maintaining good health, remaining in work and returning post‑absence.

The role involves working closely with managers, HR colleagues, occupational health providers and external specialists to coordinate wellbeing support, facilitate early intervention, and remove barriers.

Role responsibilities and requirements Experience in a wellbeing, occupational health, HR, employee relations or related people‑focused role, with a track record of supporting wellbeing or absence.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to work confidently with employees, managers and external providers.

A proactive and organised approach, able to coordinate support, follow through on actions and drive positive outcomes for employees.

A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and helping people overcome barriers to remain in or return to work.
