Liverpool City Council is looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Care Assessor to join their Adult Social Care & Health Team. Your Role:
As a Social Care Assessor, you\’ll be part of a professional and supportive team working to make a real difference in people\’s lives. You will:
- Carry out strengths-based assessments with adults and carers

Requirements:
- Experience in social care and reablement settings
