The Role
As a Senior Accounting Officer, you will:
- Be a Part Qualified Accountant (CCAB) or AAT qualified, or working towards completion or suitably qualifying experience
- Have experience working accurately with procedures and deadlines in a financial environment and providing advice on those procedures
- Possess the ability to prepare budgets and final accounts within recognised accounting standards
- Provide financial information and advice to budget holders/non‑finance managers
- Support the Early Help division of Children and Young People Services Directorate
This is a fixed‑term role covering limited‑term projects until 30th April 2027.
