The role:

  • Completing Property Pool Plus applications with clients within the commissioned homeless hostels across the city
  • Provide a comprehensive range of office, management support and customer service functions within the housing directorate on housing allocations, known as Property Pool Plus
  • Assess, review and process housing applications and provide appropriate guidance to service users of Property Pool Plus
  • Provide responses to customer enquiries regarding housing application decisions that have been made in line with the Property Pool Plus housing allocations policy
  • Provide clear, accurate policy guidance and deliver training to administrative staff, ensuring housing applications are processed consistently in line with the Property Pool Plus housing allocations policy.

This role is fixed term for 12 months.
