b Overview /b p In this role you lead design quality across pre-application and application stages, guiding major planning schemes and city projects with a focus on heritage-aware development. You will provide specialist urban design advice, promote public art, and shape masterplans, development frameworks, and policy documents. The position supports a customer-centred design service and aims to conserve Liverpool’s historic environment while enabling growth.
