Venue Operations Support

As a Venue Operations Support you will work across the City Halls (Town Hall, St George's Hall and Croxteth Hall) supporting a wide range of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer facing, delivering a positive experience at all touch points.
- Assist with general housekeeping, equipment and facilities management for the halls.
- Support health & safety, security, and room set‑ups.
- De-rig funds and assist in delivering events.
- Support the team to ensure venue spaces are presentable, safe and welcoming.
- Assist the continuous improvement of the client journey, ensuring site safety and guest satisfaction.
