Overview
Tracking Services for Young People is recruiting a committed, skilled and flexible officer.
The role involves accurate upkeep of the National Client Caseload Information Service database, organizing and processing large amounts of information, and maintaining high attention to detail.
The successful candidate will liaise with other Local Authorities, colleges and training providers to ensure timely remittance of student information.
The role offers agile working with potential home-working depending on service needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the National Client Caseload Information Service database with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Organise and process large volumes of information with excellent attention to detail.
- Liaise with other Local Authorities, colleges and training providers to ensure timely remittance of student information.
- Support related administrative tasks as required to enable the tracking service to operate effectively.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent IT, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in data management, administration, and stakeholder liaison is desirable.

The role is agile; the degree of home-working will be determined by service needs.
