Liverpool City Council is seeking a Section 106 Project Manager to join the Planning Service. You will develop, implement and manage a robust S106/CIL payment monitoring system and lead data analysis and reporting to the S106 Sub-Committee.
You will coordinate funding proposals, lead the S106 Officer Working group, and oversee invoicing, debt recovery with the legal team, plus input into annual S106 process reviews and publication of the IFS.
