Liverpool City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment and Retention Support Officer to provide centralised management of all agency and permanent recruitment for Children’s Services.

You will work with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and retention activity.

You will support the delivery of the Children’s Workforce Strategy, produce monthly recruitment and retention reports, and apply best practice recruitment across the team.
