The Private Sector Housing (PSH) Enforcement Case Support Officer supports enforcement and legal casework across the Private Sector Housing service. The role works closely with enforcement officers and City Law & Governance to manage cases involving housing standards, licensing and regulatory activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise evidence and prepare case documentation relevant to housing standards and regulatory enquiries.
- Support court and tribunal processes, ensuring cases are well‑prepared and run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate case records and manage casework effectively within structured processes.
- Collaborate with enforcement officers, City Law & Governance, teams across services and support decision making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a legal, regulatory or enforcement setting.
- Strong organisational and accuracy skills, able to manage detailed information.
- Good communication skills, capable of working as part of a team and across services.
- Desirable knowledge of relevant legislation or formal processes.
