The role: Liverpool City Council are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for a support role to assist the Senior PFI Contract Expiry Manager responsible for the expiry of our PFI & BSF programmes. We are seeking an experienced PFI Contract Support Officer to assist the PFI/BSF Teams with the hand back process of our estate, ensuring a smooth transition on behalf of the Council as our contracts approach expiry. The successful candidate for the role of PFI Expiry Support Officer will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience and knowledge of PFI contracts preferably in a school environment.
