In this newly created role, you will lead the development of analysis and performance insights for the CYPS Directorate, shaping data-driven decisions that improve outcomes for children and young people. You will manage a Performance and Intelligence team and drive innovative use of data, digital tech and AI in line with Council strategies. You will enable senior leaders and partners to establish performance frameworks and evidence-based decision making across services. Your work will drive continuous improvement, combining service, finance and HR data to provide a holistic view of impact.   • Lead on development of analysis and analytical products for the CYPS Directorate, delivering high-quality insight and reporting
  • Manage and develop the Performance and Intelligence team, exploring data, digital tech and AI for improved analysis
  • Support senior leaders, elected members and partners to establish performance frameworks and evidence-based decision making
  • Drive continuous improvement via intelligent reporting and data-quality, delivering real-time performance improvements and strategic change
  • Integrate service, finance and HR data to create a holistic view of impact
