Liverpool City Council is seeking a proactive leader for the Housing Solutions Assessment and Prevention Team Leader role. You will guide officers working with individuals, households and rough sleepers to assess needs, prevent homelessness and help access emergency and long-term housing.
You will oversee statutory homelessness decisions, manage risk, safeguarding and outreach, and drive service improvements while building strong partnerships with agencies to deliver client-focused housing.
