The role: This is an exciting time to join our team as we go through a period of transformation. We are looking for committed individuals to join us across our Lifestyles Leisure Centres in Liverpool. As a Customer Assistant, you will be at the heart of our service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. As the first point of contact and the face of Lifestyles, you will play a vital role in helping people feel supported, valued and motivated on their health and wellbeing journey. - The Customer Assistant will deliver a consistently warm, welcoming and professional customer experience, ensuring every visitor receives excellent service and support.
- Act as an ambassador for Lifestyles, creating a positive first impression and promoting our health, wellbeing and community-focused services.
- Manage customer enquiries, bookings, memberships and payments accurately and efficiently using our digital systems.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns confidently, escalating issues where appropriate and always striving to achieve positive outcomes.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the leisure centre, assisting with administration, reception and customer engagement activities.
This post is fixed term for the purpose of stabilising the workforce as we go through a period of transition including the implementation of a new Leisure Management System while we wait for the outcome of the recent Sprint work and will end 12 months after your start date.
