We are recruiting a part‑time Business Support Officer for 17.5 hours per week. An experienced Business Support Officer will provide flexible high‑quality administration support within our Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and attend panels and meetings.
- Work closely with the Independent Reviewing Officer team to ensure the smooth running of all panels and provide guidance to panel members on procedural issues and timescales.
- Communicate confidently, liaising with service users, partners, and agencies.
- Complete timely and accurate minutes, reports and all associated administration tasks in Liquidlogic.
