The Role

Targeted Services for Young People are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Business Support Officer to support our work with young people and children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking minutes of confidential meetings.
  • Reception duties.
  • Arranging meetings and sending out letters and email invitations.
  • Using multiple database systems and handling electronic room bookings.
  • Adapting to agile working as required, with home‑working possibility based on service needs.

Qualifications

Excellent all‑round administrative skills and strong communication skills.
