The role involves making a strategic impact in one of our dynamic and high-profile directorates. We’re looking for a forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting one of our key directorates as it delivers an ambitious programme of work. This is a pivotal role, partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver our people strategy. You’ll lead on initiatives such as:

  • Workforce planning and organisational design
  • Talent management and succession planning
  • Supporting major transformation programmes
  • Driving cultural change and employee engagement

With priorities shifting from ‘getting the basics right’ to a year of delivery, you will play a central role in strategic projects that aim to deliver financial and transformation benefits, reimagine our accommodation strategy, and enhance the quality of our customer services. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment and brings strategic insight, strong stakeholder engagement, and a passion for public value.
