The Liverpool Safeguarding Children’s Partnership Manager post holder will be a qualified and registered social worker who is an experienced operational safeguarding manager.
The post holder will manage the partnership’s strategic business planning process and oversee the operational management of the LSCP Strategic Board and sub-group.
The role includes assisting Chairs of the board in efficiently writing reports, procedures, guidance, and providing public information in a timely manner.
As LSCP Manager, you will confidently advise LSCP members on safeguarding policy issues and assertively make recommendations for decision-making in respect of the LSCP's budget, duties, priorities and future direction.
Key responsibilities also include collating and analysing data, quality assuring and performance managing the team with regards to producing reports around rapid reviews and local safeguarding practice reviews, and assisting the process of serious case reviews.
