We’re looking for a Tenancy Relations Officer to join our Housing Solutions Assessment and Prevention Team and play a vital role in promoting safe, lawful, and sustainable tenancies.
The Role
This is a varied and people focused role. You’ll provide expert advice, mediation, and early intervention to tenants and landlords—helping resolve issues, prevent illegal evictions and improve tenancy relationships. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert, working in accordance with homeless and housing legislation, and use insights from casework to influence service improvements and share best practice across Housing Solutions. You’ll report directly to the Housing Solutions Assessment and Prevention Team Leader and work closely with partners including housing enforcement, the police, legal advisors and voluntary sector organisations.
