The role: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and supporting vital housing services? Liverpool City Council is seeking a dedicated Housing Service Support Officer to join our Housing Solutions Service, supporting our city’s households at risk of, or experiencing homelessness. The role as the Housing Support Officer is based at the iconic Cunard Building with hybrid working options; this role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services. You’ll be the first point of contact for service queries, manage referrals and complaints, and provide essential administrative support to help deliver timely and effective housing solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a commitment to customer service, and a genuine interest in housing and homelessness issues. You’ll work closely with a passionate team, supporting the Housing Solutions service, coordinating service resources, and helping to drive continuous improvement.
