Responsibilities
- Drive and operate company vehicles in accordance with legislation and company policy.
- Carry out litter picking on public streets, shop fronts, grassed areas, and highways.
- Brush, sweep, and empty litter bins throughout the city.
- Remove faeces and dead animals as part of normal duties.
- Operate CX sweepers, 3.5 and 7.5 tonne sweepers, and refuse collection vehicles (Licence Dependent).
- Remove weed growth, clear leaf litter, and respond to enquiries while working on the network.
- Assist with reactive tasks to provide a targeted and flexible response to environmental problems reported.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Category B).
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
