We are recruiting a part-time Business Support Officer for 17.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide flexible high quality administration support service within our Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Arrange and attend panels and meetings, working closely with the Independent Reviewing Officer team to ensure the smooth running of all panels and to provide guidance to panel members on procedural issues and timescales.
- Act as a confident communicator, liaising with service users, partners and agencies.
- Consistently complete timely and accurate minutes, reports and all associated administration tasks on the case recording system, Liquidlogic.
