The role:
- The role of Apprentice Data and Systems Support Analyst will assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of data and performance information across the Private Sector Housing service.
- In the role you will support the administration and development of case management systems used within the service.
- The role will contribute to service delivery by supporting data-led decision making, maintaining accurate system records and assisting in the development, testing and improvement of systems and processes.
- You will support the production and maintenance of performance data sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- This role is fixed term for the purpose of completing the Data Technician Level 3 apprenticeship and will end 24 months from the date you start with us.
