The role: This role is for a community social worker within North Locality. As a Social Worker you will provide safeguarding, supporting and promoting the well-being of adults with care. You will plan and co-produce individual support plans, with regular monitoring and reviews of these support plans. Your demonstrable knowledge as a Social Worker will be to effectively manage your own complex and varied caseload whilst managing the reputation of the Department and Council and complying with national and service procedures and guidance.
