A business support officer responsible for supporting targeted services for young people and children, providing administrative and communications support, managing meetings, handling confidential minutes, and using multiple database systems.

Targeted Services for Young People are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Business Support Officer to support our work with young people and children. The successful applicant will have excellent all-round administrative and communication skills.

The role will involve:

  • Taking minutes of confidential meetings
  • Reception duties
  • Arranging meetings and sending out letters and email invitations
  • Using multiple database systems
  • Dealing with electronic room bookings

The role will be agile but the needs of the service will dictate the degree to which home-working will be possible.
