Who You Are
You are an experienced professional with substantial experience working with individuals who have complex needs and possess up-to-date knowledge of moving and handling techniques. Ideally, you are an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist or possess equivalent skills and training in moving and handling. You are confident working on your own initiative, managing a busy workload, and building strong working relationships. You have excellent communication skills, can demonstrate credibility with professionals from partner agencies, and have a working knowledge of current legislation. Additionally, having experience in equipment provision, major adaptations, and strong IT skills would be advantageous.
