You will engage in daily administrative tasks, manage financial orders, and ensure data entry accuracy across various spreadsheets. Additionally, you handle tasks related to learner enrolments, fee collections, and financial reconciliations. You liaise with supporting centers to ensure timely data collection and contribute to statistical reporting. Acting as Oracle line manager, you will input critical staff information and support the center's maintenance and resource management. Furthermore, you are tasked with organizing meetings, providing business support, and ensuring the security of monetary assets on-site.
