- Kitchen Assistant: £12.90 p/h and Night premium: + £1.20 p/h (00:00–06:00)
- Chef de Partie: £14.00 p/h and Night premium: + £1.50 p/h (00:00–06:00)

Airport checks (must-have):
- 5 years of checkable references and a Criminal Record Check

For Chef de Partie role, previous experience in leading a kitchen team is necessary.
