The position will be a key member of the team, providing technical expertise on both our own products but also the technologies our prospective clients use to manage their customer\โs data.The role involves helping prospective clients understand both how our products work and how they can be integrated with the rest of their enterprise architecture. In addition to becoming a trusted adviser to our clients, the role also then helps to ensure a smooth transition for new clients into the implementation phase.LiveRamp\โs technologies are available as both SaaS LiveRamp hosted and increasingly as a composable modules and as such our technical pre-sales team provide regular feedback to the product managers on new feature enhancements and potential client adoption.
