LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join the team out of our London office and serve as the International anchor for some of LiveRamp's largest and most strategic global accounts. In this role, you will partner closely with US-based Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Services colleagues to deliver a seamless, coordinated experience for multinational customers operating across the US, UK, Europe, APAC and beyond.

You will own the International relationship and workstreams for a portfolio of large, multi-market accounts — acting as the regional voice of the customer, driving adoption and value realisation locally, and ensuring global account strategy is executed consistently across every market. This role is ideal for an experienced CSM who thrives on complexity, enjoys cross-timezone collaboration, and wants to operate at the centre of global data collaboration strategies for household-name brands.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the International lead and day-to-day owner for large, multi-market global accounts, partnering with US-based account teams on shared account plans, success metrics, and executive engagement.
  • Co-own global account strategy with US counterparts: align regional priorities, coordinate cross-market rollouts, and ensure a single, consistent customer experience across regions.
  • Drive adoption and utilisation of the LiveRamp Data Collaboration Platform across all markets, identifying expansion opportunities and quantifying business value delivered.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders in the UK and Europe, from practitioners to C-level executives, and represent their needs in global account forums.
  • Lead initiatives requiring collaboration across internal teams — product, technical services, finance, legal, privacy, and data ethics — on behalf of your customers.
  • Monitor, analyse, and forecast customer usage and health; proactively address risks, manage escalations, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support renewal and growth motions for the International components of global contracts, in partnership with US-based commercial owners.
  • Champion regional considerations — including GDPR and evolving European privacy regulation — within global account plans and product feedback loops.

About You

  • 10+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting roles within SaaS, ad tech, mar tech, or data-driven businesses, including experience with enterprise or global accounts.
  • Proven success managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts — ideally spanning multiple markets or regions.
  • Comfortable collaborating daily across time zones; willing to flex working hours for regular overlap with US-based colleagues (typically afternoon/early-evening UK time).
  • Strong grasp of the data and advertising ecosystem: identity, data collaboration, clean rooms, programmatic, measurement, and/or CDPs.
  • Working knowledge of European data privacy frameworks (GDPR, ePrivacy) and how they shape customer data strategies.
  • Excellent communication and executive-presence skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
  • Analytical and commercially minded — comfortable with usage data, forecasting, and building value stories that support renewal and expansion.
  • Self-starter who can operate autonomously as the senior regional presence for accounts headquartered elsewhere.

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience with LiveRamp or comparable identity/data collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working in a global account team model with distributed account leadership.
  • Additional European language skills.
