Liver Law Solicitors is an ambitious, community-focused firm with offices in Huyton and Childwall, and an exciting Wirral office opening soon. We’re looking for a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial legal professional to build, shape, and lead our expanding Private Client department — currently covering Wills, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. We wish to develop and expand to include additional reserved work.
You’ll be joining a well-established firm with strong local roots and an existing flow of private client enquiries, ready to be developed into a thriving, high-performing department. This is a real opportunity to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and make your mark.
This is an office-based role. You will also have dedicated time for business development — building relationships with financial advisors, care providers and community organisations across the Liverpool City Region to drive sustainable growth.
*What We’re Looking For *
* A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with solid experience in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Estate Planning.
* Confident handling files independently and providing clear, compassionate client advice.
* Commercially minded, creative, and motivated to grow a department from the ground up. • Able to build and maintain professional relationships (IFAs, care providers, agents) and generate repeat work.
* A collaborative leader who shares our values of Integrity, Leadership and Loyalty, and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-looking firm.
