We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Livestream Operator to manage and optimize our daily livestream operations. This role is critical in driving sales performance, improving live engagement, and ensuring smooth execution from pre-live preparation to post-live analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Livestream Execution
- Set up and manage TikTok live sessions (products, pricing, coupons, links, backend tools).
- Monitor live performance in real time (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, traffic sources).
- Coordinate closely with hosts to adjust rhythm, product focus, and promotional strategy during live sessions.
- Ensure smooth technical operation (network, lighting, sound, streaming software).
- Sales & Performance Optimization
- Analyze livestream data and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize product sequencing, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics.
- Support traffic strategy including organic traffic and paid boosting (if applicable).
- Improve conversion rate, average order value, and overall GMV.
- Pre-Live Preparation
- Prepare product briefs and key selling points.
- Coordinate stock availability with supply chain team.
- Ensure all SKUs, bundles, and flash deals are correctly set up.
- Conduct rehearsal checks with hosts.
- Post-Live Reporting
- Generate performance reports after each session.
- Analyze sales data, traffic structure, and user behavior.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in TikTok Shop / livestream operations (e-commerce preferred).
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and livestream traffic logic.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with hosts and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Experience in performance marketing or paid ads is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-GMV livestream accounts.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop backend and third-party livestream tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability and execution skills.
