The R&I team is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of our live music fans. As a Director of R&I, you will collaborate across departments to enhance the event experience and provide actionable insights that help us better connect and engage our audience. What it’s like to work in the Team The Marketing & Creative Solutions team, our in-house strategy and creative experts, work in tandem with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive research of the client and their audience, as well as internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately craft a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brand’s business objectives and KPIs.
