Purpose: Own the end-to-end application journey—from application received to Mortgage Offer issuance—while leading the day-to-day operations of the underwriting team. Drive commercial outcomes by ensuring fair, consistent, and timely decisions, high first-line QA, strong broker relationships, and effective collaboration with Sales.
