LiveMore exists to challenge the unfair NOs in the mortgage world. That’s why our mission is to empower mortgage brokers to lend more by turning NOs into YESs and by maximising affordable borrowing. By doing that whenever we can, we help our customers live more and be ready for all that’s yet to come.

Using our unique LiveMore Mortgage Matcher® and LiveMore Maximum Borrowing Calculator decision engine technology, we excel at overcoming challenges involving affordability, risk and Consumer Duty. We innovate for customers and mortgage brokers in need, where others don’t – like with LiveMore’s current mortgages ‘up to’, ‘into’ and ‘in’ retirement.

LiveMore is an innovative company with ambitious plans, and we know that our people are the key to achieving our goals. We live by four core behaviours that shape our culture and guide our success:

  • Commitment – going the extra mile for brokers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Agility – adapting quickly, embracing innovation, and staying ahead in a dynamic market.
  • Humility – valuing collaboration, listening actively, and learning continuously.
  • Openness – communicating transparently and welcoming diverse perspectives.

If these behaviours resonate with you, you’ll thrive here.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our entrepreneurial Founder and CEO, an inspirational leader with a proven track record of building and scaling successful businesses. You’ll gain unparalleled exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level, learning first-hand from someone who turns bold ideas into execution. The role offers immense scope for personal and professional development in a high-growth environment; you’ll learn a huge amount, develop significantly, and make a tangible impact on the future of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • CEO leverage & prioritisation - Build and run a prioritisation model that protects focus time and routes requests through clear decision paths; partner with the CEO’s EA to optimise diary management. Triage inbound opportunities and recommend actions based on commercial value and strategic fit.
  • Execution & follow-through - Track, chase, and close actions from meetings (ExCo, SLT, Board, partners, investors) with clear owners and deadlines. Smooth internal delivery: unblock teams, align stakeholders, and escalate smartly to keep initiatives on track. Drive CEO’s-sponsored strategic projects from scoping to measurable outcomes.
  • Preparation & collateral - Prepare briefing packs, talking points, and meeting collateral that distil objectives, data, risks, and recommended decisions. Craft follow-up communications that are clear and action-oriented.
  • Operating rhythm & governance - Set and continuously improve CEO-level operating mechanisms: weekly planning, SLT pre-reads, monthly reviews, quarterly objective check-ins. Support CEO in preparing for senior meetings and investor updates.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment (Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, or similar).
  • Commercially sharp and numbers-driven; comfortable with financial drivers and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills: concise writing, clear narratives, and ability to influence across all levels.
  • Curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to implement processes that positively impact delivery.
  • Collaborative approach with the CEO’s EA to optimise diary and prioritisation.
  • Degree-educated; First-class or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Background in scale-ups, or fintech/financial services.
  • Experience preparing senior leadership or board materials.
  • Exposure to partnerships and investor communications.
