Lively Kicks Football Academy is growing, and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Football Development Coaches to join our team in the Watford/Bushey area. What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate football sessions for children aged 6–11
- Support player development both on and off the pitch
- Lead teams during matches and tournaments
- Provide constructive feedback to players and parents
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare
Essential Requirements
- Passion for coaching and developing young players
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- UEFA C Licence or working towards
- Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- 1–3 years' experience working with children aged 6–11
Desirable
- UEFA B Licence
- Experience coaching in schools, clubs, or community settings
