Exceptional, Experienced General Manager
The Bull in Wanstead is about to get even more exciting.
The Bull is a much-loved neighbourhood pub in Wanstead, but we’re not standing still.
We’re currently making significant investment in the site and growing what The Bull can be – with ready to go plans to build a premium multi-faceted hospitality business across weddings, events, private hire and boutique rooms, alongside the existing pub and outdoor garden business.
So, we’re not just looking for a General Manager, we’re looking for a brilliant, hospitality leader with the ambition and energy to match ours. Someone who wants to grab this business transformation opportunity, evolve it, build a brilliant team, create memorable guest experiences and shape what comes next.
Why Are We Transforming The Bull?
It’s a pretty special site, with all the potential and we have all the ambition.
A listed former bank, right on Wanstead High Street and just 100 yards from the Tube, with an already huge garden, private events room and loads of character.
Now we’re transforming it and creating more reasons for people to come, celebrate and stay.
Who Are You?
This is a rare opportunity to join The Bull ahead of the transformation: strengthening the existing operation, developing the team and building strong relationships with guests and the local community. You will then play a leading role in preparing for the refurbishment, launching the new boutique bedrooms and unlocking the full potential of the expanded business.
You’ll be an accomplished General Manager with a strong track record in premium pubs with boutique rooms and ideally fresh-food hospitality. Experience of leading a significant refurbishment and events such as weddings, would be particularly valuable.
