We’re looking for a Supervisor for The Faber Fox – our welcoming, independent pub in Crystal Palace SE19 1TQ. The Supervisor will love creating great experiences, lead by example and bring warmth, personality and energy to every shift.

As an independent neighbourhood pub, we believe everyone who walks through our doors is a guest, and everyone who works here is a host. If you’re passionate about great hospitality, developing people and making every visit memorable, we’d love to meet you.

About The Faber Fox In Crystal Palace

The Faber Fox is part of Livelyhood, an established, London based owner, creator and operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood venues. The Faber Fox occupies a prime spot on Westow Hill. It offers a large bar and dining space serving delicious food and drink from local suppliers and producers; a dedicated sports area featuring giant screens showing all the latest games; and a heated outdoor garden and terrace boasting some of the area’s best views over the capital.

We currently have 7 London businesses and we’re investing in and growing existing sites while developing a new brand, so this is a great time to join.

Our Supervisor will support the team in the delivery of Livelyhood’s offering that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.
