At Livelyhood, our GMs have autonomy and thrive on it.Who are You?Our General Managers are never Caretakers, they are genuine Business Drivers.Responsibilities You are an experienced Pub General Manager who has run their site with passion—as if you own it.You\’re committed to people—that\’s guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners.You\’re inspired by self accountability, full P & L ownership and delivering a successful pub with community and neighbourhood hospitality at its heart.You\’ll collaborate and have regular chats with your GMs peers; Peer-to-Peer support and relationships are considered key to success.You\’ll share ideas for moving your site forward and have the opportunity to create plans for your business.Experience turning a business around or generating revenue growth is absolutely key.You enjoy delighting guests and thriving from putting a smile on our guests, our teams and our suppliers\’ faces, driving from the front.You enjoy collaborating with the marketing team to discuss ideas, promote events, specials and initiatives to attract and retain guests.Previous experience with sport and food is advantageous but not essential.The art of hospitality is your oxygen.What\’s In It For You A competitive salary of £42-46k based on experience + tronc + BonusAdditional tronc/service payments – around £4k a year.
