Lively Kicks Football Academy is growing, and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Football Development and Academy Coaches to join our team in the Watford/Bushey area. If you love helping young players develop confidence, skills, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for football, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Details

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate football sessions for children aged 6-11
- Support player development both on and off the pitch
- Lead teams during matches and tournaments
- Provide constructive feedback to players and parents
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare
Essential Requirements
- Passion for coaching and developing young players
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- FA Level 1 Coaching or working towards UEFA C License
- Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- 1-3 years' experience working with children aged 6-11
Desirable
- UEFA C Licence
- Experience coaching in schools, clubs, or community settings
