Lively Kicks Football Academy is growing, and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Football Development and Academy Coaches to join our team in the Watford/Bushey area. If you love helping young players develop confidence, skills, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for football, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Details

  • Part-Time Evenings & Weekends
  • £20-£30 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
  • Immediate Start Available

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate football sessions for children aged 6-11
  • Support player development both on and off the pitch
  • Lead teams during matches and tournaments
  • Provide constructive feedback to players and parents
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare

Essential Requirements

  • Passion for coaching and developing young players
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • FA Level 1 Coaching or working towards UEFA C License
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
  • Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • 1-3 years' experience working with children aged 6-11

Desirable

  • UEFA C Licence
  • Experience coaching in schools, clubs, or community settings
