We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administrator who will provide administrative support to Sales, Management, and Course Tutors.
Principal Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator:
- Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.), welcoming visitors & delegates, hospitality, lunches, tidying, customer queries, office supplies/ordering.
- Course booking administration.
- Hotel bookings for candidates & staff.
- Production of course handouts and presentation materials.
- Post-course administration, including letters, processing certification, and creating & updating database records.
- Petty Cash management.
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Providing administrative support to Management, Sales, and Course Tutors as required.
- Assisting colleagues as needed.

- Good communicator at all levels, written and verbal.
- Positive team member with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
Hours of Work:
8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm Friday.
