About The Role
Fantastic product styling is essential to showcasing every one of this company's garments at their very best. Working as part of the Buying Team and collaborating with their Marketing and ecommerce functions, you will be responsible for styling across their quarterly overseas and UK-based lifestyle shoots, in-house e-commerce shoots (model and still life), and supporting video production across e-commerce, lifestyle, and social media. You will work closely with their Buyers to gain a deep understanding of product intent, ensuring outfits reflect the vision, ambition, and personality of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Buying team to understand product intent and create impactful outfit combinations.
- Maximising the use of footwear and accessories to bring outfits to life.
- Identifying and sourcing additional accessories to address gaps.
- Creating clear and timely photography briefs ahead of shoots, ensuring lifestyle and e-commerce shoots are styled differently.
- Allocating models to outfits to achieve the best overall look.
- Pulling together products and accessories ahead of shoots.
- Organising outfits into shoot order.
- Steaming and preparing garments.
- Dressing models and ensuring products fit well.
- Managing samples throughout the shoot process.
- Managing an assistant where required on larger shoots.
- Assisting the photography studio with the set-up of mannequin shots, flat lays and homewares shoots, including some prop sourcing where required.
- Helping with image selects in busy periods.
- Keeping abreast of competitor activity to help keep our styling fresh and relevant.

Essential
- Minimum 3 years experience in styling in the fashion industry either in-house or agency-side.
- Passionate about fashion styling with a strong eye for detail.
- Confident creating outfits that feel authentic, commercial, and on-brand.
- Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple shoots and deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced shoot environment.
