Purpose of the Role

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the heart of brand execution in the UK market. As Marketing Coordinator, you will bring brand strategies to life, driving visibility, engagement, and growth across the LIVEKINDLY Collective portfolio. You will work across multiple touchpoints, from in‑store execution and campaigns to digital, influencers, and events, helping ensure our brands show up brilliantly and consistently wherever our consumers interact with them.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator who thrives in execution and wants to make a tangible impact and lead the execution of brand strategies across the LIVEKINDLY Collective portfolio in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in consumer goods marketing within the UK, with hands‑on implementation. This is a “roll your sleeves up” role, to implement strategy for key brands in one of our key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of UK brand strategies across key brands including Like, Oumph!, No Meat, and Fry’s.
  • POS & Retail Activation: Coordinate POS briefing, development, and implementation with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Social Media & Content Coordination: Coordinate social media activity, including content planning, briefing, calendar management & follow ups.
  • Influencer & PR Coordination: Support the planning and execution of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and deliver events, activations, and trade shows across the UK.
  • Customer & Consumer Engagement: Support customer service interactions, ensuring timely and on‑brand responses across channels.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver market plans. Support alignment with global brand strategies while tailoring for UK relevance.

  • Proven ability to implement plans and deliver results

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer‑packaged goods marketing (execution)
  • 3+ years in Marketing roles
  • Experience of working on marketing execution with UK grocery retailers and wholesalers
  • International marketing experience beyond the UK is desirable
  • Marketing degree or similar qualifications is also a benefit but not essential.

Reporting to: Commercial Director - UK and Nordics

Location: Remote: remote working combined with some travel when required both Nationally and Internationally.
