AI at Humanforce: At Humanforce, we're not experimenting at the edges of AI, we're redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we're deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation. That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact. We're not layering AI onto old ways of working, we're redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible. This is a moment of real change. We're moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you're motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company operates in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.
Who you are: You are a commercially driven Account Executive with experience selling HCM SaaS solutions to frontline organisations. You understand the operational and people challenges faced by frontline and flexible workforces, and you know how to connect those challenges to meaningful business outcomes. You're comfortable owning complex sales cycles end to end - from prospecting through to close, and engaging with multiple stakeholders including HR, Operations, Finance and executive leaders. You balance curiosity with credibility, and you know how to sell value rather than just product features. This is a high-impact role at a pivotal stage of growth: a proven product, strong customer references, and significant opportunity to scale across multiple industries.
What you will do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close across new and existing customers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of HCM and WFM opportunities across target industries
- Engage senior stakeholders including HR leaders, Operations Directors, CFOs and executive teams
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with deal values often in the six-figure range
- Clearly articulate the value of Humanforce's HCM suite and how it solves real workforce challenges
- Partner closely with pre-sales, marketing, customer success and services teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals
- Forecast accurately and consistently deliver against revenue targets
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive selling HCM, WFM, HR, Payroll or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles from initial outreach to close
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication, discovery and negotiation skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Some 'nice to haves':
- Connections in UK sport - through working in venues, hospitality operations, catering services, sport or related environments
- Experience selling into industries with large frontline or flexible workforces (e.g. hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, local government)
- Understanding of workforce compliance, labour optimisation or employee experience challenges
- Experience working with PE-backed or high-growth SaaS organisations
- Exposure to multi-product or platform-based sales
